How can I be sure I've ordered the right size?
Please review our sizing charts, which detail the measurements for each of our clothing items. All of our t-shirts are 100% pre-shrunk cotton.
Where are your products made?
All of our t-shirts and sweaters are printed in the United States of America on imported fabrics.
Where apparel brands do you print on?
We print our designs on high-qualityGildan® Ultra Cotton® t-shirts (100% pre-shrunk Cotton) and the Gildan® Heavy Blend™ Hooded Sweatshirt (50% Cotton / 50% Polyester pre-shrunk fleece knit).

Orders & Shipping
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge a sales tax of 6% for customers in the State of Florida, to comply with state tax laws.
What shipping companies do you use?
Our primary shipping provider is the United States Postal Service, but we also use DHL, FedEx and UPS on occasion.Standard shipping methods are used for international orders.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We aim to have orders delivered within the United States in 5 to 7 business days. All of our products ship from the continental United States, so additional time may be required for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. International orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Buyers who wish to return items may do so if items are returned unaltered, unwashed and with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. The full purchase amount of the item will be refunded, less any shipping and handling fees. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return an item, please contact us for instructions.
My delivery was incorrect, what should I do?
If something is amiss with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction means the world to us.

Bulk Orders
Do you offer bulk discounts? Can we buy your shirts for our group?
A discount of 10% for orders of 10 or more items will be automatically applied in our shopping cart. If you or your group plans to place an order of 25 items or more, please contact us — a larger discount may be available. Church and student groups with a state or federal non-profit certification are eligible for discounts on orders of any size.
Can we resell your shirts in our store?
